Preliminary consultation and goal setting

First, we will discuss together which fears, blockages, or patterns are present and what goals you would like to achieve with hypnosis.

Induction into hypnosis

You will be guided into a deeply relaxed state, usually through breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, or guided visualizations. The goal is to calm the conscious mind and make the subconscious accessible.

Deepening of the trance state

Through specific techniques, the trance is deepened further to allow optimal access to unconscious patterns.

Work with inner images and resources

In this state, you can imagine scenarios in which you recognize your fears and respond to them differently. Resources such as self-confidence, love, or security can also be activated.

Suggestions and transformation

The hypnotist gives you positive suggestions tailored to your goals, such as “I am valuable and lovable,” “I can let go and trust in love,” or “I am safe in my relationships.” These suggestions are anchored in the subconscious.

Work with old patterns

Sometimes old, burdensome memories or beliefs are reinterpreted or transformed through visualizations in order to release emotional blockages.

Integration and reorientation

After the work in the deep state, the person is gradually guided back into full wakefulness. This is followed by a phase of integration, in which the positive changes are intended to be applied and lived out in everyday life.
